Liel Leibovitz is the author of Aliya, a 2006 Jewish Book Council Notable Book. A freelance journalist, he received his MS in journalism and his PhD from Columbia University.

Matthew Miller is completing his degree at Columbia University’s School of Journalism. Both live in New York.
